📱 Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to grow and manage ANSRd! Labs’ online presence. You’ll take our podcast, stories, and research, and turn them into engaging, platform-specific content that builds a global audience.

Job Description

• Manage content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

• Repurpose podcast episodes and articles into posts, carousels, reels, and threads.

• Collaborate with the Animator to publish short animated clips.

• Track analytics, engagement, and growth across platforms.

• Manage community engagement — responding to comments, questions, and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience managing social accounts (media, research, podcast, or impact-driven brands preferred).

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).

• Knowledge of TikTok/IG/YouTube Shorts growth strategies.

• Analytical mindset — able to track and report performance.
