🌐 Web Developer

About the Role
We need a Web Developer to build ANSRd! Labs’ digital home. The website will showcase our podcast, research articles, and public reports, while integrating newsletters and multimedia for global reach.

Job Description

• Build and maintain ANSRd! Labs’ website (WordPress, Webflow, or Ghost).

• Create core pages: Home, About, Podcast Hub, Research, Blog, Contact.

• Integrate newsletter tools (Mailchimp, Substack, Beehiiv, etc.).

• Embed podcast and video players (Spotify, YouTube).

• Optimize for SEO, performance, and mobile.

Requirements

• Experience building content-driven websites.

• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Ghost).

• Understanding of SEO and analytics.

• Ability to integrate third-party tools (podcast hosting, email).

• Good eye for design and user experience.
